Class Times: 
Early Bird

Session 2: 7-8 am

Afternoon Grind

Session 1: 4-5 pm
Session 2: 5-6 pm
Session 3: 6-7 pm
What Our Classes Look Like: 
Each workout is designed, taught and coached by a certified weight loss and toning expert

Classes include a combination of:

 H.I.I.T workouts - To burn calories, torch fat and build cardiovascular endurance

Strength Training - To build toned muscle, increase metabolism, strengthen muscles and injury proof the body

Class Structure

Warm Up: Classes will begin with a warm up routine designed to improve blood flow, warm up the body and muscle systems and to get you prepped for the workout ahead. These warm ups will use a variety of equipment ranging form dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, ect.  

Main Workout: During the main portion of class, you will be following a professionally designed strength training workout that is focused on developing toned physiques by using dumbbells, barbells, machines, kettlebells, medicine balls, ect.  The coach of each class will be there to teach you each movement and help you perform them correctly and safely. 

Finisher: The last portion of class is designed to give an extra calorie burn and cardio boost to your workout so that you maximize the amount of fat you can torch each and every class! These finishers will use a variety of equipment ranging form dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, ect.  

How We Schedule Classes: 
We use a scheduling system called "CLUBWORX"

When you join STUDIO.STRONG you will be provided a scheduling PIN #

This PIN # will allow you to schedule into ANY class time that fits your schedule best

Each class is limited to 15 WOMEN maximum at one time

You are free to remove yourself and add yourself to any class that fits your schedule throughout the week!

    Directions from Plyler's Beer Distributor:

    • With Plyler's Beer Distributor on your right, travel for about a 1/4 mile until you come to the intersection in front of Dirty Irma's Bar
    • ​Continue straight through the intersection and veer right keeping the Heritage House and baseball fields on your left
    • ​​Continue for another 1/4 mile, traveling over the bridge until you come to another intersection at the bottom of the hill from the Brookville PD
    • ​​Take a right at the stop sign onto Euclid Avenue and enter into a large gravel parking lot
    • ​Enter the large concrete building via the lower level door, walk up one flight of stairs and BAM! You're there!
